Transparency Regarding the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Customer Communication

All customer communication – with the exception of automatically generated receipt confirmations, order confirmations, and shipping confirmations – is handled exclusively by natural persons employed by NEBELKIND.

This includes communication via email, WhatsApp, and telephone. AI is not used to process customer inquiries or make independent decisions in customer communication.

Website Content and Marketing Communications (Social Media, Newsletters, etc.)

NEBELKIND may use AI-assisted tools to support the creation of selected content. This applies only to occasional images, graphics, and videos.

All published content is reviewed, supplemented or revised where necessary, and approved by a natural person before publication. NEBELKIND does not use autonomous or self-operating artificial intelligence.

Where required by applicable law, AI-generated content will be identified in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
