Warranty Conditions for NEBELKIND-Products

We at NEBELKIND believe in the quality of our products. That’s why the statutory warranty is not enough for us. We offer a five-year warranty on all NEBELKIND products from the date of purchase.

Damages covered by the 5-year warranty:

• Material damage to seams, closures, eyelets, embroidery, as well as the upper and lower parts of the cap visor.

Damages excluded from warranty claims:

• Damage intentionally or deliberately caused to make a warranty claim.

• Any kind of dirt, including stains caused by sweat.

• Broken visors resulting from careless bending.

• Damage caused by improper cleaning.

• Damage caused by improper use.

• Damage caused by external influences of any kind.

• Discoloration due to water, extreme heat, or prolonged exposure to intense sunlight.

Requirements for a warranty claim:

• The product must have been purchased from NEBELKIND or an official NEBELKIND retailer.

• Warranty claims must be made with the retailer where the product was purchased.

• A receipt must be presented when making a warranty claim.

• The product must be returned upon request.

Warranty services:

• The defect will either be repaired or the product will be replaced.

• For styles that are no longer available, NEBELKIND or the retailer reserves the right to offer a comparable style.

• No monetary claims can be made for warranty cases.
